- Customers are responsible for inspecting thoroughly all shipments for damage prior to signing and accepting their purchases.
- Any item with damage should be refused.
- The customer should decline the signature request and contact our customer service to request replacement product or refund.
- If a damaged shipment is accepted, the customer will need to contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim. No replacement will be offered by ToolPan in such incidents.
- Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air Shipping: Cut-off time for Next & 2nd Day orders is 11:00 AM (Pacific Standard Time). Saturday & Sunday are NOT business days so if you are placing an order on Thursday or Friday do NOT count Saturday & Sunday. For example if you place a "Next-Day Air" on Friday you will receive it on Monday.
- Ground Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
States of Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from our "Free Shipping" offers. Additional shipping charges may apply for items shipped to these states.
Truck shipments delivered to a residential address are subject to $75 trucking surcharge.
Truck shipments that require liftgate service are subject to $75 liftgate Surcharge.
Please allow 7-14 business days for truck freight deliveries to arrive.
