The EZ Loader® Automatic Pallet Positioner is a cutting-edge solution for safe and efficient pallet loading. Featuring a self-leveling design, this pallet lifter and leveler automatically keeps loads at an optimal working height—reducing bending, reaching, and operator fatigue while boosting productivity in any material handling environment.
Unlike traditional spring-based units, the captive-air system delivers smooth, dampened platform movement and eliminates the need for mechanical springs. A built-in integral rotator ring allows workers to spin loads easily, minimizing strain and the need to walk around the pallet.
The EZ Adjust™ knob offers simple three-position height adjustment without altering air pressure, making it easy to customize for varying load weights. This air-powered pallet positioner arrives fully assembled and ready to use—just connect to your air supply.
The EZ Loader® is also forklift portable and compatible with optional mobility packages, offering maximum flexibility on the warehouse floor.
Secured ball bearing center pivot of the 43” diameter rotator ring provides smooth, even rotation.
Pressure relief valve prevents excess pressure build-up
Surfaces are phosphatized and powder coated with a high quality polyester for a lasting, durable finish.
Rollers are entrapped in the base frame and platform for added stability.
A full coverage finger guard eliminates pinch points between the rotator underside of the rotator ring and the bearings.
