Track down combustible gas leaks with speed and confidence using the Mastercool 55975 IntellaSense III Combustible Gas Leak Detector. Engineered for professional HVAC, automotive, and industrial technicians, this advanced detector features a heated tin oxide sensing element with an impressive 2,000-hour sensor life and an ultra-fast response time of less than one second. With 50–1,000 ppm sensitivity, it quickly pinpoints even small leaks, helping you diagnose problems faster while reducing costly downtime.
The 15-inch IntellaSense™ intelligent probe automatically compensates for changing environmental conditions to minimize false alarms, while the multi-color six-LED display provides instant feedback on leak intensity, sensitivity level, battery status, and system diagnostics. Easy-to-use keypad controls let you adjust sensitivity, volume, and Peak mode with the touch of a button, making it simple to locate multiple leaks in demanding environments. Powered by long-lasting 6,000 mAh C-cell batteries and built to operate from 0°F to 120°F, the Mastercool 55975 delivers the accuracy, durability, and reliability professionals count on every day.

At the heart of this leak detector is a new low power metal oxide gas
sensor with superior performance properties such as lower current
consumption and sensor longevity. The new sensor is characterized by
high sensitivity and fast response upon detecting the presence of
extremely small levels of chlorofluorocarbon gases. For this reason,
this sensor was selected and integrated into the 55975 Combustible Gas
Leak Detector.
In addition, a powerful microprocessor was integrated into the design
that automatically selects the best operating condition for the sensor
to ensure optimum performance throughout its life.
IntellaSense III Combustible Gas Leak Detector comes in a blow molded
case with 2 “C” batteries, leak test vial and replacement filters.
