WARNING: California’s Proposition 65

Need to shut down scrap tires for good—anywhere the job takes you? The TSI TC-60 G Gas-Powered Tire Bead Notcher brings serious muscle with a powerful 10HP engine that makes tire disabling fast and foolproof. It quickly works on tires up to 11" × 24.5", cutting a 1-1/2" notch straight into the bead so the tire is completely unmountable and can’t re-enter circulation. No electricity needed, no wasted time—just roll it up and get to work. Tough, portable, and built for real-world tire processing, the TC-60 G makes compliance and efficiency a one-step win.

The powerful jaws are made of heat treated tool steel and powered by a 10 HP B&S gas engine.
Works on all tires up to 11" x 24.5" quickly and easily.
The TC-60 Bead Notcher renders tires unmountable to prevent re-circulation.
Disable any newly manufactured tire that is defective and/or not intended for use.
